Welcome to our home!
At breakfast, gaze out the large windows which overlook the tall pines, birch and maples, trademarks of the park landscape. In fact, the home is situated at the bottom of Cadillac Mountain, so you'll feel like you're in the park itself when you're reading, playing games, cooking out on the deck, or just taking a nap. The home sleeps eleven people and can accommodate various arrangements to suit the needs of your traveling party.
The Rooms
Main Level - Living Area
The main level offers expansive views of the wooded setting. The oversized windows light up the open concept living/dining/kitchen area. The living room has a cathedral ceiling, providing views to the second-floor loft. Cable TV, phone, and wireless internet are available in the living/dining area. The fully stocked kitchen has loads of counter space, and a breakfast bar that seats three. The kitchen looks out over the living/dining area. A large deck with grill can be accessed from the kitchen.
Lower Level - Living Area
Pine-clad sunroom lets in the sun. You'll appreciate having a separate living area for different activities. It's a lounge area for games, puzzles, reading, etc. Ten-foot windows offer tremendous views of the treed lot, and skylights let in even more light. Stairs from the living/dining area lead to the sunroom, which can also be reached from the first lower level bedroom.
Main Level - Beds & Bath
The main level also has two bedrooms. A large bedroom with four windows offers a queen sized bed and cable TV. A small room with two bunk beds is perfect for kids. There is also a bathroom with shower, toilet and vanity.
Upper Level - Loft
The single room on the second level overlooks the living/dining area. The room is curtained for privacy and offers a twin bed.
Lower Level - Beds & Bath
There are three bedrooms. The largest of the rooms has a queen bed and French doors which open to the 2-story sunroom. It is connected by a short hallway to a second bedroom with two twin beds, perfect for a family of four. A privacy curtain separates the the two rooms. The third bedroom has a queen bed, cable TV, phone and two large windows which overlook the front yard. This level features a full bathroom with bathtub, sink and toilet. There is a large hall closet for storing your luggage and personal items.
Other
The home is equipped with wireless internet and phone service. There are three TVs in the home. The main level has coat closet. The laundry room is on the lower level. Lower level also has deep hall closet for luggage storage. Feel free to keep your gear dry in the garage.
